Sublimation Paper

MINSEO’s Sublimation paper is used in the dye-sublimation printing process to apply images to garment. When heated, the ink converts from a solid into a gas, skipping the liquid phases. As a digital printing method combining printing technology and dyeing technology, it is up-to-digital printing technique that can produce the finished product through sublimation transfer of the transfer object using only one heating process of transfer ink printed transfer paper without any plate making process.

When the sublimation transferred surface is touched, it gives a smooth mood without feeling of irritation. Transfer ink vaporizes without liquid process at the high temperature. Gas pocket on the surface of transfer object is opened by heat and then gasified sublimation transfer ink is brought into it. When the temperature drops, gas pocket will be closed again and the gas returns to a solid state again.
